St Joseph's School receives funding from the Australian Government under the National School Chaplaincy Program (NSCP). The aim of this funding is to assist schools to provide pastoral wellbeing services to support students, staff and the school community.
Volunteers provide ongoing and valuable support our school community.

St Joseph's Parish After School Care
The St. Joseph's Parish After School Care program is conducted as a service for families within the school community who require care for their children during business hours at the end of the school day.
It offers parents, carers and guardians an opportunity to pursue their committments, relaxed in the knowledge their child/ren are safe and well cared for.

The aims of the Family Engagement Team are to:
provide for opportunities to build strong relationships between the school, home, parish and wider community to improve student learning and wellbeing;
raise funds or provide ‘in kind’ services to enhance the educational facilities and resources of the school in line with the school improvement plan;
The Family Engagement Team meet once a month/ as required to ensure support for families; encourage parent/carer volunteering within learning and teaching and organize events and fundraising activities for our school community. The Family Engagement Team events are written in the newsletter most weeks. All parents are welcome to join this valued group of volunteers, to assist at various times.
